TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JD's SOURCES, ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST BUSINESS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY DIGITAL PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE STORE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

  • your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
